Meet us at the Westfield Police Department at 1:00 PM on June 29, 2021, for a tour with Officer Stubbs and K9 Officer Scout!

Officer Eli Stubbs graduated from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in 2013 and served the Indiana University Police Department for 2 years. He started his career at the Westfield Police Department in 2015. Officer Stubbs became a K9 handler in 2018. His K9 partner is Scout, a two year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, from Hungary. Officer Stubbs and Scout are graduates of the Vohne Liche Kennels narcotic detector dog handler’s course. Scout is certified in drug detection and tracking.
