Come and join Katerina Mazari with this Meditation Class for adults and older teens. It is simple to learn how to meditate and doing so will help reduce stress.

The class is for beginners or experienced meditators. Everything will be explained to you. There will not be any physical exercises, postures, or special clothing required. 

This session is informative and a start to future sessions, which can be scheduled, if there is an interest to do so.
