Register for this program to learn what lightning has to do with your socks! Learn how electricity is generated and how it impacts our lives from making your sock stick to your sweater to creating a bolt of lightning. Together we’ll perform electrifying experiments with our Van de Graaff generator. Demonstrations include mini bolts of lightning, floating packing peanuts, and will even give someone’s hair an “Extreme Van de Graaff Makeover”!

This demo is sure to spark interest in science!

The WonderLab Museum of Science, Health and Technology is a premier center for informal science education and discovery.
