Program Description

Event Details

This is the second of five sessions in a year-long, online class with no mid-year enrollment.  The class is graded and counts as 1 credit toward high school graduation requirements.  Students will delve into narrative, report and essay writing, constructing several 5-paragraph compositions, one longer essay, and one independent project.  Students will learn and be held accountable for following the basics of MLA formatting and citation. See the attached document to the right for full details.

The cost of the class is $117 per 6-week session.  Students will also be required to purchase a Student Resource Packet before the first class ($15 -- $19).  See the attached document to the right for full details.  Prerequisite:  Advanced IEW Composition Session 1.  No mid-year enrollment.
