Event Details

This 90-minute, weekly class provides instruction in composition for students in the 8th grade and up, using Institute for Excellence in Writing  methods and materials. This is the second session of a year-long class (30 weeks) with no midyear enrollment. The class is graded, and one year of attendance counts as 1 credit toward high school language arts.  In the event of further library closures, class will be taught via Zoom.  Prerequisite:  Advanced IEW Session 1

The cost is $117 per 6-week session.  Please see attached class overview for details about required material purchases. Payments made after the first day of class (any session) are subject to a $10 late fee per week.  Please remember that your registration is not official until you have completed payment to the instructor, Daryl Kessler.
