Program Description

Event Details

The Whalemobile is a 43 foot long model of Nile, a real Humpback Whale who spends her summers off the coast of Massachusetts. Cynde McInnis, a whale-watching naturalist originally from Ft. Wayne, Indiana, brings Nile into libraries and school, sharing her 22 years of experience as an environmental educator. Whale biology, sounds, natural history, and individual identification are among a few topics Cynde presents using slides, sounds, video, and of course Nile The Whale.

Each child will get to walk through Nile to explore her innerworkings with a 20 minute program after watching a 20 minute video.

Each registrant will receive a colored bracelet specific to their group upon check-in.
